Virgin River: Alexandra Breckenridge stars in season two teaser
Martin Henderson wanted to be an actor since he was 13 years old, when he appeared in the series, Strangers. The Auckland-born star is also known for his roles in Off the Map and Grey's Anatomy, and he joined the cast of Virgin River in 2019. Fans are keen to know more about the actor, including his age, and Express.co.uk has some insight.

Martin Henderson has continued to accumulate a huge fanbase over the years, and he first rose to fame in the late 90s.
One of his first roles was in the series Shortland Street, and he went on to star in a number of Australian productions.
The star gave up further education to pursue a career in acting, and it worked out for the best as he went on to star in the film Kick, for which he was nominated for an AACTA (Australian Film Institute) Award.
Fans may also recognise him from the films The Ring and Bride and Prejudice, and he is also well known in London's West End.
The star, who has citizenship in New Zealand and America, was born in October 1974.

Judging by his birthday, the actor is 46 years old, and he has spent most of his childhood in Auckland before moving to LA.
The actor has gained plenty of media attention over recent weeks as he gave fans some insight into his love-life.
He is in a relationship with girlfriend Aisha Mendez, and he has been sharing plenty of photos of the couple on Instagram.
Mendez also has a huge social media following, with more than 11,000 people keen to find out more about her and her relationship with Henderson.
One of her posts suggests she met the star in 2020 as she shared a New Year photo, saying she had "met lots of really nice people (one I liked slightly more than the others)".

One fan sent best wishes to the Virgin River star and his girlfriend, saying: "How wonderful. Happy New Year. Is Martin anything like Jack?" to which Mendez responded: "No... he's better."
Henderson has also been keeping fans entertained via his own Instagram account, as he has been sharing hilarious baking videos starring his Virgin River co-star, Alexandra Breckenridge.
Fans had wondered whether the pair were dating in real life, but they are both in their own happy relationships.
Besides his role in the Netflix romance-drama series, Henderson has also starred in the films Little Fish and Hellbent.
His other TV credits, which date back to 1989, include Sweat, Big Sky, Off the Map, The Red Road and Secrets & Lies.

When he was about 29 years old, he starred as the boyfriend of renowned singer, Britney Spears, in her music video for Toxic.
In May 2020 he spoke to Chatting with B about his role in Virgin River while sporting a handsome, rugged look.
He moved to LA when he was younger and he commented on the long hours he would spend on set, working on various film projects.
He said: "It can be tough, and I have certainly suffered at times from a little bit of workaholism, too.
"When I work I try and work pretty hard and I spend a lot of time preparing for my work as well, so weekends I'll spend a lot of time pouring over scripts.

"It can be stressful and with the tiredness too, what I find is if I don't get enough rest, mentally and emotionally I can be a little less stable."
The star said his lifestyle could sometimes take its toll, but he always made the most of the time he did get off work.
The third season of Virgin River is in the making and his character, Jack Sheridan, is expected to have some major storylines this season.
Jack was shot by an anonymous assassin at his bar during the season two finale, and fans are curious to know who attacked him.
The good thing is, he is likely to have survived the shooting, as fans would be heartbroken to see his character leave the series.
